CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for all cancellation to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the card on file for 50% of your scheduled appointment. While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit. All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call / no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

REDO POLICY

We understand that from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 2 weeks of their visit.

It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist.

If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for a redo with another technician. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa - Mastercard, cash, gift cards and certificates. 

Checks cannot be accepted. 

We always request cash tips where possible and greatly appreciate.

PRICING POLICY

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered.

Please consult your technician with further questions. Not all technicians perform work on hair extensions.

All extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking. 

MISCELLANEOUS

Refund Requests are at management's discretion and issued accordingly.

Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

Number of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results.

*We are Limiting in-person gatherings by

Prohibiting non-essential visitors at the salon location. 

Client have to come by them-self no one can be waiting in waiting area

No young kids or pets will be allowed to the salon.

No luggages or shopping bags

Only you, your phone/wallet

 

*No food or beverages will be offered or allowed in salon

 

*We will ask customers to wait in cars or outside the location at least six feet away until the appointment time.  

 

*Customers will only be permitted entry into the salon if 

they're wearing an acceptable face covering

preferably behind ears, 

if not we can provide one at a small extra cost.

 

A few business updates:

  • We’re reopening with updated hours and a revised service menu we’ll look at adding additional services in the future

  • No packages or specials will be sold, customers can still redeem old packages (color packages will have a one time only extra charge of $60)

  • We’ve staggered our appointments and reorganized our stations. That way, we can minimize contact between each client and allow for 6 feet of social distancing, when needed. 

  • We’ve updated our pricing to cover our additional cleaning, sanitation, and supplies to keep you and our staff safe.

  • We’re no longer taking walk-ins to ensure our waiting area is safe and social distancing guidelines are followed.

  • We have a new intake and checkout process. We’ll send you all the details when you book.
